Weedyy Business Listing & Order Agreement

1. Parties, business and authority
This Operator Authorization Supplement is between Bluepriint Group LLC, dba Weedyy (Weedyy), and the business identified in the acceptance receipt (Operator). The person accepting identifies their name, title, business legal name, license number and relationship to the selected listing, and represents that they are authorized to bind that business. A portal role or approved listing claim alone is not a representation by Weedyy that the person holds that authority. This supplement applies to the identified listing and is additional to the Weedyy Terms of Service at https://weedyy.com/terms.
2. Permission to provide the platform
Operator authorizes Weedyy to publish and maintain the identified business listing and, for features Operator requests or enables and Weedyy makes available, to receive and transmit customer order requests, reservations, delivery details, support requests and status updates between the customer and Operator through Weedyy websites, mobile applications, operator portals and embedded services. This is permission to supply technology and communications. It does not transfer a cannabis license, appoint Weedyy as the seller, or authorize Weedyy to possess, sell, deliver or fulfill cannabis. Operator remains responsible for accepting or rejecting orders and for its own sale, payment collection and fulfillment.
3. Licensing and operating limits
Operator represents that it holds, or is expressly authorized by the holder of, the licenses and permissions needed for the services it offers and will provide current evidence on request. If the listing name differs from the license holder or business legal name, Operator must accurately explain that relationship and supply supporting authorization. Operator must keep license status, service areas, business details, menus, prices and availability current and promptly notify Weedyy of suspension, expiration, revocation or other loss of authority. Acceptance does not verify a license, enable commerce, expand a delivery area, or override age, identity, market, account or feature restrictions. Operator remains responsible for legal eligibility checks and lawful operation.
4. Content permission and permitted sources
For content Operator submits or expressly authorizes Weedyy to obtain from an identified source, Operator grants Weedyy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, display, distribute and publish that content as reasonably needed to operate and promote Operator’s presence on Weedyy websites, mobile applications, portals and embedded surfaces. Content may include business names and logos, menus, product or brand images, descriptions, prices and promotions. Operator represents that it owns or has permission to grant these rights, including necessary rights from brands, photographers and other contributors. Required attribution, usage restrictions and expiration dates must be disclosed. Public availability, an import, or this supplement alone does not grant rights to material owned by someone else. Reviews written by independent users are covered only by permission from the rights holder or another applicable lawful basis, not by an operator’s unsupported assertion of ownership.
5. Customer information
Weedyy may transmit customer information reasonably needed for Operator’s own orders, authorized customer relationships, support and fulfillment, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable preferences and permissions. Operator must protect that information, restrict access to authorized personnel, and use it only for permitted purposes. This supplement grants no access to unrelated businesses’ customers, unrestricted cross-business browsing activity, medical-adjacent intent or precise-location history, and grants no permission to bypass customer privacy choices.
6. Payment, review demonstrations and responsibility
The enabled checkout flow and Operator’s disclosed payment instructions govern payment handling. Accepting this supplement does not authorize a charge, subscription or purchase. App-store reviewers and testers must not be treated as having placed a simulated order merely because an account or order note says test. Any demonstration that submits an order requires a separately agreed, clearly documented arrangement with Operator to prevent unintended preparation, collection or delivery. Operator is responsible for its staff, drivers, customer support, cancellations, refunds and fulfillment obligations.
7. Evidence and disclosures
Operator authorizes Weedyy to provide relevant license records, this supplement, the acceptance receipt and supporting authorization or content-permission evidence to app-store reviewers, platform providers or regulators when reasonably necessary to establish authorization or comply with requirements. Weedyy will limit disclosure to relevant information and may redact unrelated confidential information. This authorization is not a promise of app-store approval or a representation that Weedyy has independently verified every submitted statement.
8. Electronic acceptance, changes and ending authorization
By selecting the acceptance confirmations and submitting the form, the authorized representative agrees to this supplement on behalf of the identified Operator. Weedyy records the representative’s signed-in account, entered identity and business details, selected listing, exact supplement version and text, document hash and server acceptance time. A downloadable receipt is available to authorized owners. An updated supplement requires a new affirmative acceptance; no historical acceptance is inferred or backdated. Contact support@weedyy.com to report an error, a change of authority, or a request to end this authorization. Ending authority does not erase prior lawful records, outstanding customer obligations or legally required retention. Weedyy may restrict affected features while reviewing a request. Records may be retained as reasonably necessary for compliance, disputes and legal obligations under the Privacy Policy.
9. Scope of this supplement
This supplement addresses platform authorization, content permission and evidence of acceptance. It does not amend separately agreed fees, confer ownership of third-party content, replace a current license, or override applicable law or a specifically negotiated written agreement. The Weedyy Terms of Service otherwise continue to govern. Where this supplement specifically addresses Operator authorization, its more specific provisions control.
